With a BA in journalism, philosophy and American
History Jean Hart completed postgraduate courses in marketing at
Radcliffe College and strategic marketing at London Business School. She
is now a Director of International Business Intelligence and owner of
Hart Consulting, specialising in international business. Jean's career
began on Wall Street in 1961 with Bache & Co. In 1973 she joined The
Mitre Corporation working in Spain. Then she joined Honeywell
Information Systems. Over ten years she worked in technical analysis,
sales and contracts, marketing, new business development and oversight
of projects in Europe and the Middle East. From 1981 - 84 she was
responsible for World Wide Military Command & Control Systems. In
1985 she was in China responsible for a $500 million contract which
included the installation, maintenance and turnover of mainframes in the
14 universities of science and technology and the co-operative design
and implementation of a service and support centre in Beijing and
Director of National Accounts, responsible for a $100 million revenue
base worldwide. Jean has been an independent consultant in the
intelligence community since 1991.

Penn State Univ. (engineering) James Madison University (business).
American Inst. of Banking. New England Inst. of Law Enforcement

Designed and taught 'Business Concepts for Operations' - a week long
seminar for senior managers and executives in the intelligence community
from 1991 - 97. She speaks, to various degrees of proficiency, German,
