Biography/Resume:
From 1979-93 Caroline Holmes ran a specialist nursery, starting with wholesale propagation of herbs and trees evolving into a company creating award winning herb garden displays at international shows. As 'Caroline Holmes - Gardens Millennium to Millennium', she is a consultant, designer, lecturer and broadcaster in the UK, USA, France, Spain, Sri Lanka and Japan, undertaking a wide array of projects.

Speaking Experience:
An experienced lecturer, Caroline Holmes has given talks in the UK, including at the V&A and National Trust. A tutor on the panel of Cambridge and Essex Universities. She is a regular contributor to TV and BBC Radio 4, her own 3 part series 'Imperial Gardens' to be broadcast in May 2000. In the USA Caroline has given talks at Longwood Gardens, New York Botanical Gardens, Pennsylvanian and New York Horticultural Societies, Units of the Herb Society of America, and, in France, at Prieure St. Michel.
