Biography/Resume:
Joseph Rosenberg is President of V.I.P Tours of New York, and is co-founder and past Chairperson of the New York City Historic Districts Council, which is responsible for the landmark designation and maintenance of the 60+ historic districts in New York City. He is a long time member of the Board of Directors of the League of Historic American Theatres. He was Co-founder, with Actor's Equity, of Save the Theaters Inc., also co-founder of the Showpeoples Committee to Save Radio City Music Hall, when it was scheduled for demolition. He is a lecturer at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and at the Juillard School of Music with playwright Terrence McNally. He has been a consultant with the Los Angeles Historic Theatre Foundation, San Francisco Landmarks Advisory Board, British Cinema Association and the British Theatres Trust. He received his PhD in Medical Biochemistry from the Temple University School of Medicine.

He lectured with Miss Helen Hayes from 1989-91, and between 1988-92 in Moscow, during the budding of glasnost and perestroika. For several years he has been a regular speaker on the Queen Elizabeth 2.
